Linen Tow Fiber for Spinning

Tow is made from the shortest fibers of the flax plant. Our tow has been carded in order to align the fibers, making them easier to spin.

The flax is a Galego variety, a regional Portuguese flax traditionally used in Portugal for the production of fiber and which today can only be found in rare places. The production of the fiber is completely traditional and its processing is completely handmade, in accordance with the traditional techniques commonly practiced in our country.
