Assortment of felting needles

Our felting needles are made in Portugal in carbon steel and are available in various thicknesses.
This pack of felting needles contains 12 assorted pieces:

- 3 needles w/ 3 sides / n36 (thick)
- 4 needles w/ 3 sides twisted / n38 (fine)
- 4 needles w/ 3 sides twisted / n40 (fine)
- 1 reverse barb / n32R

Felting needle n36 / 3 sides

This is a universal needle used more in medium and thick wools. It is mostly used to work with general forms. It is a good needle for attaching large parts and surfaces. When used on thin material, it can leave uneven marks.

Felting needle n38 / 3 sides

Perfect for use with fine wool. Ideal for distributing the wool evenly, for example, by attaching fine merino wool on a felted surface with a thicker needle.

Felting needle n40 / 3 sides

A fine needle for detailed work and to obtain a homogeneous surface. It is advisable not to use it with thick fibers or for more general modeling jobs. It is a universal needle for fine wool when it is intended to model details and make applications.

Reverse barb needle / n32R

These needles have the barbs arranged in the opposite direction, which causes them to pull the fibers out. For example, they are ideal for creating plush surfaces.
